Grapes not just make good wine but also make great tasting smoothie as well. Pure Grape Smoothie made with fresh grapes, milk and yogurt is simply heaven. It is made from table grapes is rich in vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients:
Black grapes (seedless) ~ 2 cups
Yogurt/ Curd ~ 1 cup
Chilled Milk ~ 1 cup
Sugar ~ 3 tbsp / Honey ~ 3 tsp (or to taste)
Method :
Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth and creamy.
For garnishing, add whole grapes over it.
Serve it chilled With drinking straw.
