MANGO LEMONADE





Ingredients

  1. Fresh mango puree-from 1 large mango
  2. Lemon juice - from 2 lemons
  3. Sugar-1/2 cup ( or according to taste)
  4. Cold water- 3 to 3 1/2 cups( or more)
Method
  • Combine together sugar and water.Stir continuously until sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Now add lemon juice and mango puree.Stir well until combined.Serve chilled.




GUAVA- STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE






Ingredients
  1. Guava- 3 nos 
  2. Strawberry- 10 nos
  3. Yogurt- 1 cup
  4. Water- 1 cup (or as required)
  5. Sugar to taste



Method

  •  Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. 
  • Pass this through a fine mesh sieve,extracting as much juice as possible. (discard the seeds)
  • Serve immediately.

LEMON AND MINT COOLER






Ingredients
  1. Lemon(peeled and seeded) - 1 no
  2. Ginger- 1 inch piece
  3. Mint leaves- 15 to 20 nos
  4. Sugar -1/4 to 1/2 cup
  5. Water





Method
  • Add lemon,ginger,mint leaves,sugar and 1/4 cup water into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • To serve fill 1/4 th of a glass with this concentrate and fill with water/sparkling water.
  • Add ice cubes if required.Serve immediately.

PASSION FRUIT SMOOTHIE






Ingredients

  1. Passion fruit- 3 nos
  2. Banana- 2 nos(small)
  3. Apple juice- 1 to 1 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar- to taste



Method

  • Scoop out the pulp from the passion fruit and using a blender ,blend it for a  few seconds.Pass it through a fine mesh sieve ,discard the seeds.
  • Add the passion fruit pulp,banana,apple juice and sugar to taste into a blender,blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

PEACH LEMONADE




Ingredients

  1. Peach (pitted and chopped)-5 nos
  2. Lemon juice-from 1 large
  3. Sugar to taste( I used almost 7 tbsp)
  4. Water- 1 cup
  5. Club soda/Sparkling water


Method

  • In a blender puree the peaches.Run the puree through a fine mesh sieve extracting as much juice as possible and keep aside.
  • In a sauce pan bring water and sugar to boil.Simmer  over low flame until sugar is completely dissolved,stirring occasionally.Allow it to cool.
  • Add peach puree and lemon juice to the sugar syrup.Mix well and refrigerate the concentrate until chilled.
  • To serve fill 1/4 th of  a  glass with the peach lemonade concentrate and fill with club soda /sparkling water .
  • Garnish with mint sprigs if desired.

APPLE CARROT SMOOTHIE




Ingredients

  • Fresh Apple juice- 1 1/2 cups
  • Fresh Carrot juice- 1 1/2 cups
  • Banana- 1 no
  • Yogurt-1/4 cup


Method

  • Blend all the ingredients well in a blender.
  • Add ice cubes,if required.
  • Serve immediately

APPLE SMOOTHIE




Ingredients


  1. Apple -1 no
  2. Dates(deseeded)-4-5 nos
  3. Milk (chilled)- 1 1/2 cup



Method


  • Chop apple into small pieces.
  • Add chopped apple,dates and milk into a blender,blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.


Note:Add sugar to taste while blending, if required.


WATERMELON JUICE





Ingredients

  1. Watermelon chopped-4 cups
  2. Lime juice-1tbsp
  3. Ginger chopped-1tsp
  4. Sugar/Honey-3-4 tbsp(or according to taste)


Method

  • Blend all ingredients together.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  1. Pineapple (chopped)-1/2 cup
  2. Yogurt-1 cup
  3. Lemon juice-1 tsp
  4. Sugar- to taste


Method

  • Blend all the ingredients together.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Serve immediately.
