Rava or Suji halwa is a populer dessert in India. It is also popular prasad during Laxmi, Durga and Saraswati puja. Traditionally suji is roasted in butter or ghee over stove it takes at least 20 minutes I am going to make this easy, healthy and nutritious dessert only in MW because there is no point wasting time in cooking when I can get the same taste in just 10 minutes only.

Ingredients :
Suji/semolina - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Milk - 1 and 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 2 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Kesar powder - 1/4 tsp
Handful of cashew nuts and raisin
Method :
Remove the nuts, in the ghee add semolina.
