The smell of a ripe pineapple is so pleasant. I buy them half ripe and by next morning I love to smell my kitchen with that fresh ripe smell. No wonder that this smell attracts snakes and they stay under those pineapple bushes in Kerala.
Fresh juice during summer is common in everyone's home. They are an easy method to make my little one and hubby have selective fruits. On a hot summer evening, you could skip your coffee for a day and try this cold pineapple smoothy.
