Wheat flour - 1 cup
Maida - 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp

Take a very small portion of this dough and roll it into small chapati.

Light handed-ly keep on pressing the sides of poori  so that it puffs up.
