Ingredients
- Lemon(peeled and seeded) - 1 no
- Ginger- 1 inch piece
- Mint leaves- 15 to 20 nos
- Sugar -1/4 to 1/2 cup
- Water
Method
- Add lemon,ginger,mint leaves,sugar and 1/4 cup water into a blender and blend until smooth.
- To serve fill 1/4 th of a glass with this concentrate and fill with water/sparkling water.
- Add ice cubes if required.Serve immediately.
